Weaving in ends is one of the finishing steps for all projects. What happens if the ends are too short? The solution is to not thread your darning needle first! Instead, slip your needle through the stitches where you are going to weave in the ends( see picture). Now thread your needle with that short end and pull the needle through.. Voila! You have weaved in those short ends.
