Great selection of yarns! John is super friendly and knows a lot about knitting. He helped me pair different colors of yarn for an heirloom project.

I love this cute little store! They have a great selection and decent prices. The owner dyes her own yarns and she has some beautiful color ways and varieties of yarn. I want to take a class here soon.

One of the very nicest yarn stores that I've seen- well organized, with reasonable prices, and a very intelligently curated selection of yarns.

Today was my first crochet class with Gale. She was great! I never done anything before so it was my first time holding a hook. Painfully I learned 2 types of stitches lol but it got easier, cannot wait till my Monday class.

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful online selection of yarn! I ran across a Fashionknit ad online, and was a bit hesitant at first ordering yarn online being that I'm not based in California. I'm constantly on the hunt for great quality yarn, so took a chance and ordered a Classic Elite Yarn and now I'm so happy I found this gem with such an amazing selection yarns that I can order without even leaving my house!

Wonderful selection of yarns, many hand-painted with extremely beautiful and tasteful colorways. This is not the shop to come to if you're looking for lower-quality yarns. Rather, it's a place to find something really special for your hand-knit or crocheted projects. The owner was very helpful and fun to chat with, as well as enthusiastic. Drop by and you can work in a visit to Peet's, Kinders, and maybe Sports Basement as well!

I recently decided to take part in the Women's March and knit a pink hat to show my support. I stopped at Fashionknit to purchase yarn and had a great experience! They could not have been nicer! The woman working (I didn't catch her name but she was lovely and so encouraging) directed me to the pink yarn display, gave me a copy of the pattern and made sure I had enough yarn to complete the hat. When I needed some help to finish it up I stopped by again and another knitter helped me complete it. The staff and people there could not have been nicer! I am planning to knit more hats to support the cause (now that I know I can) and will visit Fashionknit again to make my yarn purchases :)
